HDS Hoses Australia Pty Ltd was established on behalf of HDS Hydraulik GmbH in 2006, and is based in Midvale, Western Australia. The business was established to provide fast turnaround of genuine high pressure hydraulic assemblies for the Mining Original Equipment Market. This global market approach for OEM manufacturers continues today supplying genuine hose assemblies across multiple market segments. With the backing of HDS Hydraulik as a pioneer and technology-leading manufacturer in the hydraulic hose industry, HDS has expanded to become a niche hose assembly supply and testing facility. The company is flexible and technically driven to provide the correct assembly solutions across many market segments. Through constant R & D and its long standing international relationships the company is equipped with the latest in hose and coupling technology.
With 4 production lines, 8 test benches and a purpose built warehouse facility stocking over 30,000m of hose, the facility is fully equipped to provide many types of hose assemblies, quality certified, in the fastest possible turnaround time.

For more than 50 years HDS has operated as a leading and innovative manufacturer of a wide selection of couplings and innovative solutions for high pressure applications. The OEM approach to the market has resulted in high quality solutions for mining excavators, earth moving equipment, mechanical process engineering technologies, special transport systems and special purpose equipment.
HDS is focused on fulfilling customer needs through developing new products which exceed current standards and define a new status in regards to quality and durability. These innovative solutions contribute to machine performance through reduced fuel consumption and increases in capability. The newly developed solutions become the industry standards many years after introduction.
Continuous development is undertaken in-house. All products are impulse tested to in excess of the industry standards and the strict standards outlined by original equipment manufacturers.
